The Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) Program helps the Medicare program make the quality of care and health outcomes better. Kepro is the Beneficiary and Family Centered Care QIO (BFCC-QIO) for 29 states. As a BFCC-QIO, Kepro helps people who are on Medicare, and their families and caregivers. We help to file quality of care complaints and hospital discharge and skilled service termination appeals. We also offer Immediate Advocacy, which can be useful in specific situations.
